No assembly instructions. How is one suppose to put together the product without directions?

Dealing with the company diminished any positive reviews of the actual product. Product is good, priced well, but if I had to do-over, I would choose from a different company.

The wicker is cheap plastic and is cracking and falling apart

The two ottomans and the 2 cushions for the ottomans are missing. I contacted seller and I'm waiting. Terrible! It was also horrible to build .

The cushions have faded in just two months of summer use. Terrible fabric. They faded unevenly and blotchy. Also they are very thin and uncomfortable. This product is way over priced for the quality. Would not buy again!

The pillows on the ottoman has faded noticeably. Pieces of the plastics wicker is breaking in some spots. I can not believe I only had less than 30 days to test the product. I don’t want return the set but I feel the pillow should be replaced.

Absolutely unhappy with these chairs. The cushions, which were red when purchased have completely faded. They are now pink.

Poor quality came in two separate boxes over 2 days. returned both boxes via UPS still waiting on return

Within 2 months all of the cushions have faded, but not in a uniform way. They are all varying shades of light brown, turning to gray. They look terrible!! I would NEVER order these chairs again.
