This is not a true wicker. Not sturdy/stable, as legs are not aligned, so chairs are not stable. Since it is not of a true wicker, the set is overpriced. And the chairs are tiny and sit low.

Delivery date was longer then expected. When it did come the 2 ottomans were not delivered. Quality is not good at all. I have only had these for about 1 month and the coushions are flat. I need to replace coushions after 1 month but can’t find that size

We were looking for a set of simple and reasonably priced patio sofa. This 5-piece outdoor sofa set appeared to be a good fit. I was not thrilled when Box 2 of 2 arrived three days before Box 1 of 2. The seller responded to my on-line inquiry and provided the tracking info when the second shipment was in transit. Once I received both boxes, NEVERTHELESS, there is no installation instruction in either box. There are three different lengths of screws, yet there are not explanation on the placement of each screw. There should be four small suction cups on the square table for setting the glass top. Well, two out of four are missing. When I took all components out of both boxes, there are several broken plastic straps/pieces from each component. I am not very pleased with the quality of the sofa set and would not consider buying the brand/model again.

Table came with one leg 1/4" shorter than the other three. I asked for a replacement part - but they do not carry replacement parts. I asked them to open another box and get me a new part - they said they could not (or would not) do that. All they could do was offer me a cash rebate. Since I did not want to spend 2 1/2 hours disassembling the units and sending them back, I took the money. Know that if the units are not right to begin with they will not make them right. POOR customer service gets this company a poor rating. Added two leg pads to make the table level - but it does not look like it should.

Not very comfortable. Cushions cannot be replaced. Fabric looks 20 years old. This set has been under a gazebo on my deck since June 2018. I would not recommend.
