The ottomans and table were very easy to put together. While there are no letters on the pieces as indicated on the instructions, it is easy to figure out with the pictures. 3 stars only because they sent 2 boxes of ottomans and table. I've contacted the company (email) to let them know the mistake and awaiting resolution and hopefully to receive the chairs. Decent quality for my patio and the coffee color is true to the pics posted. *I can tell the cushions will fade (Ca sun) so prepare to purchase quality cover or new cushions Will post update when issue is resolved. Update: Response from the seller was quick. I received the chairs within a couple of days, put them together within an hour (at most) by myself. Would definitely deal with this seller again and the product is comfortable is worth the decent price.

I have had these for about 5 weeks and love sitting on my deck in them. I was concerned that they wouldn't be comfortable but they are cosy. They are the perfect size for my smaller deck. I did wish that I had an alan wrench drill bit as my hand get very sore putting in the screws. I found it helpful to have another person help put them together.

This is a nice addition to our 3 season room. It is very comfortable and sturdy. Some have said that it sits too low, but we have not seen that as a problem. Love that you can use the ottomans as seating. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Let me start off with a HUGE kudos to this company for their superior customer service. We didn't realize that the table and the chairs came in 2 separate boxes, since we only received 1 tracking number. When only the table arrived we were kinda worried, because we've had a couple of headaches with overseas companies within the last few years. I contacted the company and got a response within 4 hours. They were extremely helpful and explained that it came in 2 boxes and gave us the tracking number. They then checked back in the day after it was supposed to arrive to make sure we got it and that there were no issues with the product. I'd do business with this company again based solely on their customer service. Now onto the best part, the furniture. We just had to repair our 2nd story front patio, due to some wood rot. When we did that, we tiled the floor in order to enjoy the area more. This set is absolutely perfect for the space. The chocolate brown color is gorgeous and so warm, rich looking. The dark color really makes the teal cushions really stand out. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to put together, but that was only because "someone👨" decided to do it without reading the directions. LOL!! It's made with high quality PE wicker that's waterproof and weather resistant. It's very well constructed with heavy duty metal and screws. The chairs are definitely sturdy because my 245 pound cousin sat on one at Thanksgiving and there were no issues at all. The cushions are nice and plush, which make the chairs very comfortable. The cushion covers are even removable so you can wash them. The table is a good size with a nice glass top. I'm over-the-moon happy with the style, color and quality of this set.

Very pleased with this purchase. Was a bit leery with patio furniture because there are so many options at various price points. This item had good reviews, so ultimately chose this set as it had many functions we were looking for (removable cushion covers, variable seating options) at a good price point. Product arrived in 2 boxes and required some assembly - the chairs consist of 2 sides, bottom, and back, and the ottomans consist of 2 sides and top. Pretty straight forward assembly, but as others have advised, wait until all pieces are together before tightening bolts. You'll want to set the piece on the ground to ensure it is level prior to final tightening - this will allow you to make any adjustments to avoid any wobble. The set looks good, is comfortable, and appears to be made of quality material. Time will tell, but pleased with the purchase and will likely order another set for additional seating.
