Love the look and comfort. The assembly was difficult at times when wicker was wrapped over some of the screw holes. Found that assembly went better if ALL screws put in finger tight before tightening them up one at a time. Otherwise, if some screws tightened all the way then some holes didn’t quite line up. Overall, not too bad. Would have liked the table to come with adjustable feet like the chairs did.

When I first got them, I was disappointed that they were missing the hardware. After contacting their customer service, I had the hardware in my hands 2 days later. I was quite impressed. It took my son about an hour and a half to put it together, and that was with me interrupting him. The seats are wide and quite comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I spent about 1 1/2 hours assembling this 5 piece set. Get comfortable. Organize the pieces. Place washers on all your bolts. Pay attention to the alpha numerical labels on the pieces/hardware. Have all bolts started on a piece of furniture before tightening. Do not over torque the bolts. I used just 2 fingers on the short end of the Allen wrench to snug bolt then flipped the Allen wrench for access to the long end for leverage and gave it an additional 1/4 turn. Worked great for me! Furniture feels solid and is comfortable to sit on.

We ordered this set for our small patio. It was fairly easy to assemble by myself, albeit a little time-consuming. After everything was assembled, I was actually surprised by the sturdiness of the set. I was worried it would feel flimsy and "cheap", but that's not the case. The set is very comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a slight color variance in the cushions (we went with tan). It's not very noticeable, and as a matter of fact, I may not have noticed had another customer not mentioned it in their review. The cushions do seem to hold their shape well. I personally prefer to store them indoors if it's going to rain, but a few times, I've forgotten to bring them in and they were soaked. The cushions seem to dry fairly easily. The seat and ottoman cushion covers are removable, so I'm assuming you could easily throw them in the washing machine if you needed to, which is great.

I was impressed with the sturdiness. It utilizes many bolts which really makes it sturdy. Because of the many bolts, it takes quite a while to assemble. A second set of hands is nice putting it together (which I didn't have). I suggest not tightening the bolts in a piece of furniture until all of the bolts are in; then tighten them down. Otherwise, if you tighten down bolts as you go it will be harder to get later bolts to go in. If you follow the picture directions, it's pretty simple, just time consuming. It sits a bit lower than other chairs on my patio. Pay attention to the dimensions. This worked out fine for us as my wife is short and liked them sitting a little lower to the ground.

I love this furniture! There are a few things I wish were different but for the price, these are great! The things I wish were different: 1. Putting these together was simple, but it took a LONG time (even with two people). Just be warned. 2. The suction cups were completely deformed and wouldn’t work at all - assuming because they had been bent and creased when packaged. I ended up cutting off the suction cups completely and using two small Velcro strips to make sure the glass stuck to the table and wouldn’t fall off. 3. The cushions easily blow off and slide off of the chairs/foot rests. When lounging, the cushions slide down and it can get uncomfortable quickly. I wish there was Velcro or straps or something to keep them in place. This would also help them from blowing away. Again, I do love this furniture and have spent a considerable amount of time on the chairs in the last few days. I’m happy that I purchased them. I think I’ll just need to get creative with how to keep the cushions in place.

I had a bit of a hard time with the assembly, but it was not a very complicated process. I enjoy sitting on the back porch and just relaxing. Pay attention to the weather report, because the cushions are not waterproof, they are water resistant, but they will get soaked if you leave them out in the rain. The whole set looks great and I got them faster than I thought. I just with the cushions were a bit more substantial. Sometimes when I work on my computer while I sit outside, my backside ends up hurting after about 20 minutes.

I decided to purchase this based on the positive reviews. Overall this is a great value based on the quality, although time will tell how well it holds up to the Arizona summers. Assembly too a little over an hour. The instructions were simple and clear. I only had a few struggles getting the screws to catch. It would be much easier with two peeps but I managed just fine. The seats are very comfortable and the nylon covering seems better than expected for this price point. The wicker weaving material is soft (for now) and feels good to the touch. The table is a nice and the height is just right relative to my seating level. Overall I am pleased with this set. UPDATE: we bought this 05/02/18; this is 06/18/18. one of the legs on the ottoman has started unraveling (it just sits there so it shouldn't do that). I contacted the seller -- and they did respond promptly - but not how I wanted. The did offer me a $30 credit for repair. I wanted that piece replaced. I could still return the entire set -- but then -- would I need to take it part? then get another and put together again? So I told them never mind. we'll fit it. and make note that this vendor (manufacturer) does not replace items. I also read some other seller reviews and saw similar issues. So while we do love the set - just be aware of potential issues. I downgraded from 5 starts to 4 stars.
