I sent it back to the company. Apparently, it was refurbished and I wasn't aware of that. One part was missing. I have a Wolfgang Puck toaster oven and love it, so thought that the Wolfgang Puck Spiralizer would be of good quality. Not so. I wouldn't buy it even if it did have all of the parts!
