My little boy is not pleased with this toy. It falls apart too easily. It doesn't stay together unless it's just standing. As soon as you try to pick it up to play with it, it falls apart.

For 30 bucks you would think you’ll be a little better quality legs and arms can be a little hard for younger ones to put in falls apart easy I understand the object of it to explode but legs come out too easy can’t really play with it but because of what it is, I do recommend it I would actually give it 3 1/2 stars but they don’t give that option

Looks awesome but it’s a pain to reattach the arms and legs once it’s destroyed. Tiny Sonic is cute but not functional since he is positioned as a ball and legs can’t move to stand up. Launcher is not strong enough to catapult Sonic with enough force to disassemble Eggman.

The toy itself is great, however, the toy is designed to break apart. The arms and legs pop off by design.... This is great for the kids to see it explode apart but then reassembly is needed and it's too difficult for kids of this age to understand so it's "dad...dad...dad...dad ..dad... Can you fix it?" Every 3 seconds.... Sooooo parent beware.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see in my video the robot mostly works as expected, but it's literally impossible to pose the arms the way they are shown in the advertisement; they are very loose and can literally only hang straight down, so minus a star for that. The battle damage, claw shooter, and destruction functions work as they are supposed to but it is quite nearly impossible for an adult to hit the weak spot with little Sonic three times, no kid will ever do it. And putting the whole thing back together and resetting the damage mechanism is too difficult for a little kid. It's a really neat concept but not well executed. Finally the price tag is just a little high, this is a really really neat toy but I would've been much happier if we had paid $25-$30 for the quality.

Super cool looking, and my son loved getting it, but hard to actually use, and after a while he got frustrated. The space you have to hit is so small that my 6yo could not possibly do it without help, and it even took a TON of tries for me to actually knock him out. Also, the arms come off easily when trying to shoot the hand missiles. And the catapult has a big hole in the so the small Sonic gets stuck sometimes. Odd design choice.

Bought for my 5-year-old who is obsessed with Sonic. It's a decent toy - certainly holds up when knocked around. Very difficult to reset. You have to spin the center of the stomach (where you're supposed to hit) all the way back to the beginning to reset it - this takes a bit of strength and pinched my son's fingers the first time he tried. Only then can the arms and legs be placed back in, but it takes some getting used to and my 5-year-old had a lot of trouble doing it. That said, once he figured it out, he had fun with it. He prefers to chuck balls at it rather than using the Sonic piece but as stated - it holds up well to this and works as it's supposed to.

My son loves Sonic, so he was happy to receive the toy; however, it’s difficult to connect the arms and legs back to the body as you should be able to.
