Now that winter is approaching, I decided to purchase an indoor grill and I couldn’t be happier with the Gourmia electric griddle! It’s so easy to use and very versatile! I can use it as a panini maker (which I love) or an actual grill. It’s slightly slanted so it catches all the extra melted fat and grease, therefore healthier food for my kids. Cleaning is also a breeze, all the parts come off and can be washed in the dish washer. I was worried it would take a lot of space on my counter but it actually doesn’t! Highly recommend

It heats up quick enough to cook two rounds rather fast so using for 8 servings is doable - at the same time is is small enough to whip out for a single quick Panini. I can see this being used very often in a busy family kitchen.

Love this panini maker! My previous one kept making a big mess and didn’t let the oil drip away nicely. This one has been a dream in terms of cleanliness. We’ve been making grilled cheese sandwiches and grilled veggies for dinner and my kids love it. I also really enjoy that it was designed to work as an indoor grill as well so we can make some burgers and hot dogs indoors during our cold Chicago winters. It runs at a great temperature that gives the burgers great grill-lines without burning the outside or drying-out the inside. The non-stick is also very good. None of my food has been sticking and it has made the cleanup very easy. It’s much cleaner than my outdoor grill. Would highly recommend this device.
