I got this cooler as a cheaper version of a Yeti & it seemed to be. However, it was too heavy for me to carry it empty & the closing straps are rubber which I found very hard to pull down to be able to latch the lid shut. I have arthritis & straps were difficult for me to grip & use so I chose to return it to seller. IMPORTANT NOTE: The return cost ME $56 shipping postage to send it I'm guessing due to the size/weight of item box since seller does not pay for the return postage. They received it back yesterday verified by FedEx tracking so hopefully I will get my refund soon.7/23/21: Refund has STILL not been given even though it's been 10 business days & signature of person who accepted it is on the FED EX website. One last msg sent to seller & then it's SCREAMING & yelling to AMAZON Customer Service to complain further.IF I had received a prompt refund, I wouldn't be so mad & could have considered another purchase from them -- BUT keeping my $99.99 for 2 extra weeks (+ the $56 I had to pay out of my pocket to return it) sets in stone NEVER gonna buy from them again!!!!

Very sturdy and well built. Just don’t hold ice as long as I expected. But it’s still a good deal for the price.

Good product for the money does not keep it cold for more than a day

Generally well built cooler for the $100 price mark. However, the handle is a deal brraker. It is designed to hold cooler by pivoting on the cooler hole for handles but not truly attached thus is wadles and falls off. It is also narrow, thus making uncomfortable to carry too far or too long. Decided to buy slightly pricier Camp-Zero 16 qt cooler instead.

Ice melts just as quickly as the cheaper coolers. I thought this would be a small version of my $150+ large coolers with the tight lid seal. No such luck!

Its sturdy for riding on the back of my flatbed but doesnt have great ice retention.

Seemed well built when I received it. Have had it for 10 months and used it in all weather conditions. Love the fact it has a drain as it's a bit heavy to dump. Have had no mechanical or cosmetic failures. Disappointed in how long Ice lasts. Even using precooled drinks and packing it with ice, very little ice left in 24 hours. Had to add a cooler shock pack to the ice to keep from adding ice every day in moderate heat. Paid $ 92 Many cheaper coolers are available with that kind of performance.

Great in all aspects, except keeping ice for more than 24hrs. Doesn’t compare to yeti in that department. Otherwise a decent cooler.

I like this cooler, but it’s REALLY heavy for the size, and ice melts quickly. I would not but it again.
