I ordered 3 ipad/tablet stands for Christmas gifts on 12/2. The single shipment tracking number I was provided showed that the items would arrive on 12/13. On, 12/13 I only received one of the three items. I contacted Tanga on 12/15 inquiring about the other two items. I was told by Tanga Sharon on 12/15 that she contacted the warehouse and they would ship them right away. On 12/19, I asked for a tracking number for the two missed items. I received a reply on 12/20 from Tanga Adam stating that they had not yet shipped, no other information was provided. I replied stating that I ordered these as Christmas gifts and need to know if they would be shipping in time to be received by 12/24. This morning (12/21), Tanga Adam replied with a tracking number. However, the tracking number he provided was for my original shipment (the one with missing items that I received on 12/13), no other information was provided. I replied stating they sent me the wrong tracking number. Tanga Sharon then replied with an email stating that they didn’t have a tracking number as the items haven’t yet shipped.

I am not upset that there was a problem with the shipping. I understand that mistakes are made, no big deal. What I am upset about is the lack of resolution and lack of information. If these items were not in the warehouse and able to ship when I notified them of the original problem, why not tell me that so I can make other arrangements for these Christmas gifts? Instead I just get strung along with emails that basically tell me nothing.

All good companies have problems and make mistakes. It’s how the mistakes are handled that define a company as ‘good’. So far, I’m not impressed with Tanga.
