This is the Christmas Season. If you can’t handle the orders you commit to then at least cancel them when the customer requests it.

I ordered two items on the same order. One was canceled after a week because of lack of stock and at that time I requested the other be as well. No response ever came and I then received another automated follow up message saying the order was being fulfilled. Given that I made up for the depleted stock of my order by going to another vendor. Just today, I received a new status update saying the entire order was canceled. WTF!!!

It was a Christmas gift! Now I’m stuck last minute having to find and ship a gift for my nephews 7 days before Christmas.
