So… I have been trying to get ahold of a human to discuss a magazine order from a year ago…. Nobody responds though… so I was going to the BBB to make a formal complaint and I FOUND A PHONE NUMBER!!! Of course no one answers….. but maybe if more people use it they will actually help us. If I do not get some assistance soon I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
