The suite has more junk than I will use, but have to pay for all or nothing.

typical Microsoft product. No issues at this time. Price is famous just about everywhere.

I hate overdrive and it is impossible to delete.

I miss the days of having Microsoft Office just included as part of our system. Regardless it is a must have even if it does renew every year. The software suite comes in handy, almost daily, for me on my personal computer.

My boss insists on using Excel. Personally I loathe Excel. For me, its the worst way to keep track of important finance business records. I prefer a program that is less prone to error, accidental deletions, etc., a property managerial software.To me, Excel is very unreliable, therefore if it were to be shut down, Id be happy.Word is word. Pretty useful for me.I dont really use the others.So, why 4 stars? It is a useful progam, for most users. I had to take a star off because of the subscription base nature. When they announced this, I thought for sure people would not go for it. I mean, 69/yr rather than 69 for several years. However, getting on Amazon helps by offering it at a little discount. And its legit software.

A little difficult to install compared to buying one in a box store.

UPDATE: Finally got the right tech on the line who diagnosed the issue. Program installed and seems to be working fine so far.Changed rating from 1 to 4 stars because of the issues.Requires update. Try to update. Update fails. See screenshots above.Microsoft support site useless. Only canned answers to problems other than this.I'll update this if I can fix the issue, but, at the moment, Office 365 is completely inoperable.

The program is easy to install. Receiving help from technical support may be difficult when purchased from a third party. I had Microsoft 365 before, when I had a problem, it was difficult getting help directly from Microsoft because I had purchased the program from a third party. Hopefully this won’t become an issue since I purchased through a third party again. All issues should be integrated regardless of who you purchased the program from (tech issues that is). This shouldn't be an annual subscription since many of the programs we have to upload require Microsoft word. Overall, it's a good program.
