This is the most un- user friendly download. I can't get to Microsoft on my computer to use it at all. Wasted my money. I would have preferred a disc as things were done before!

When I paid for a 15 month subscription, I was forced to sign up through a credit card for renewal next yr for $69.99.

I bought a similar product (1 x Microsoft Office 2021 Lifetime License for Windows - Digital Delivery - New Type: Windows). It would not download, and nothing they tried would fix it. I did not get the requested refund, nor did I get the offered credit to my account.
