My previous genuine cartridge had stopped working (said it wasnt installed correctly no matter what I did) even though it was reading mostly full. So i looked for a warranty... couldnt find one. And not wanting to buy a different printer I was forced to buy a replacement.

HP has gone from being able to install their printers easily to it being a pain in the b***. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The printer says the cartridge is not in correctly. I put it in just as I did the black cartridge. I take it out and put it back in, same problem!

Bought a set of the HP 64XL High Yield sizes with both the black and tri-color. Black cartridge worked excellent as usual. Tri-color cartridge would not work at all. Had to buy another regular size color cartridge in order to keep printing. Money down the drain. I would think that all HP cartridges should work perfectly in HP printers.

I bought this ink cartridge last week and used it for a day before the printer advised to remove the cartridge because it was defective.

I bought an HP Envy and from the get go it did not work. Can’t get anyone to email me back about how to send it back and get my money back. Don’t need the ink refills if I have a useless printer.

Ink cartridges are offensively overpriced. Your business model is criminal.

If I could give zero stars I would. It came quickly but I printed 3 regular documents and already am low on ink. Ridiculous I feel completely ripped off!
