I am using in a 7855 printer. Makes good copy but not as many pages as advertised. Don't know if it's the printer or the ink.

64xl tri-color uses ink at a alarming rate. I printed a few color picture, but more gray scale pictures tri-color used about 35% while black used less the 10%

Functions well except although it shows connected it often identifies ad not ready until router is rebooted. I have a number of devices dependent upon my router . Ran the online repair to no avail. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Bought ink cartridges about a week or so ago. They were not full. the first order did not have enough ink to put any color on the page. The second order I managed to print thirty pages. The the ink ran out. So I'm not real happy with my experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The ink cartridge does not get 450 copies like the specs tell you. I buy it because that is the printer I have.

I needed more so I got it off the website thinking it would a little cheaper then the store but it’s not and the wait time is long also. I love my HP print and the past few months my kids have use it more then ever.

Doesn't last. Expensive, requires replacement too quickly.

The black cartridge didn’t work. I kept getting an error message, but the color cartridge worked perfectly.

I cannot get it hooked up to wifi on any of my devices. It tells me to load hpSmart and when I try to use it I wind up back in setup. Very unhappy.

I dont have a problem with your ink it works well but the cartridge dries and then will not print. I had to buy the new cartridge because the double ink one has now stopped printing and its still full. the black quit working altogether and says its not installed correctly but it is. I have taken it in and out and i have tried cleaning the contacts on both cartridges and yet they still do not print. The color only lightly prints and not all the colors. I have tried all cleaning techniques the machine offers. it just wastes paper and color ink. I am beginning to think that is what was intended as this is not the first time this has happened and i had to replace good cartridges because they dried. I will soon have bought enough ink to buy a new printer. I think i will try another brand this time. I have purchased 5 HP printers over the years.
