I'm on my second black ink cartridge and have had the same problem with both of them. I don't print stuff every day and I have found that the ink fades or the cartridge dries out and when I print a test page the ink is streaky and fading. I have to clean the cartridge to get it back to normal but it does the same thing again after a couple days. Would love to talk to an actual person about this! I should add that the color ink is fine, it's just the black that is the problem.

The HP toner doesn’t last long enough. You would think that not using the ink all the time would preserve it for when you need it but no. It dries out fast so use it quickly or throw it out.

The printer cartridges "appear" to be the same price everywhere which leads me to believe that HP is "Holding the Line" (in their hands)--Not a good situation when my HP Envy Photo 7855 literally "eats" ink. Good print quality, just horribly expensive to use. I just purchase a laser printer to reduce my cost per page.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ink cartridges fine however. Then cartridges are expensive for the tango printer. The problem is with the printer itself. When you first turn it on it connects to the network perfectly. However after printing a document if you try to print a second document you have to recycle the printer. So the printer is awful. Total waste of money

Don't know if anyone else has this problem but my black ink, not the tri-color, starts fading and going dry before I use half the ink. I constantly have to clean the cartridge then it will be fine for a short time then go back to fading again. This has happened with the 3 cartridges I have bought so far. Not at all happy with it.
