Have always used hp products, love this printer cuz this one only uses 2 ink cartridges that r skin easy to replace. Just wish delivery would be faster. Might been cuz of it being dec. Dont make enough copies to be in program to have ink sent when low. So hopefully next time delivery will be quicker then 3 wks [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I'm still adjusting to the new printer features, so can't give a perfectly accurate writing here. But, the printer appears to be fine though I haven't used all the tools and features of it yet. My concern is that I haven't received my 3 year warranty document from HP yet. The warranty was in the purchased cost of the Envy Photo Printer 7855. I've received a couple of updates, but when checking printer information it say this printer is no long in warranty, which is in error. I must get this corrected, and my purchased receipt is proof of warranty. If you can attend to this, I'd appreciate you doing so. If not, I attend to it soon.
