[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t work because of your smart supply program , you get a cartridge problem message when trying to use this cartridge?

Within 2 weeks after ordering a new cartridge and printing 50 pages, I’m getting a message saying that the ink is low.

Prints so few pages. This new cartridge printed about 20 pages before becoming too low & started printing every third line of a document. Such a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ink is okay but I absolutely hate the printer scanner I bought. I bought it as it has photo in the name but I can't do anything with it. I had a terrible time getting it to print and scan. there are no instructions. I would not recommend HP to anyone.

I had the 64 xl and replaced it with the 64 black print cartridge. Very disappointed because it took forever to get the 64 cartridge from you and it did not work in my house printer.

This cartridge hasn’t work since installation. Not sure it I can get a replacement or not.

I only have a need to print a few pages a month. After putting in a new ink cartridge, the ink lasts an average of only 10 printed pages before it stops working and prints only streaks across the page. Then I have to buy a new one. BAD
