The prints were out of yellow. When I replaced it again, did the same.

I bought this printer a year ago. I do not use my printer often, so I should be able to print no matter how often I use my printer. Something is wrong with my printer. I’m not understanding why it doesn’t work. It should be working, I’ve got ink and paper. What else is needed?

I bought this product and when it came, it didn't work. I went through all the troubleshooting on the HP mobile app and the cartridge was still a dud. I even installed the old cartridge to make sure that was the issue and the printer accepted it with no issue. I would like a new cartridge or my money back.

My HP printer won' t print black when it registers being half full. It has always done this so I had my Canon printer cleaned and as soon as the HP runs out of ink again I will send it to the bone yard. I can buy ink for the Canon cheaper and it lasts longer.

When we installed it, it took several 'head cleanings' before it would print at all, and after just a couple of pages, the printing came out with half lines missing. I did the cleaning bit again to no avail, then tried cleaning with a damp q-tip as some website instructed, but each successive test result was worse than the previous one.

I bought the printer about a year ago. It always gives me trouble and bumps me offline. It flashes lights likes its crazy. I finally bought a direct hook up line and now I can print stuff after I re_ boot the printer every time. I'm no geniouse, but this printer has been a headache from the start!!!!

It's totally dried up or something. My printer won't print the colors at all, even after multiple alignments and cleanings.

Not enough ink for the amount of money you are charging.

Didn’t last very long. The ink must be old. I literally only use it for about 25 copies. I am a teacher and print colorful pictures, I thought this product would last longer. Very disappointed

I didn't get one single color copy from this cartridge. I guess it's dried up. Second time this has happened in the past 3 months.
