Ordered new ink on-line, as printer notified me cartridge was low. I preferred to avoid driving to a retail store for this product, and its all-black companion. The on-line service was not complicated, and all went as expected. I believe that there should be a price break and other incentives for making the purchase on-line.

This is not the first time I bought this cartridge. Works great, but does not live to it's advertised number of prints to be expected. It's always lower.

Needed this for my home printer. The price was right and delivery was fast.

I have had this for about 5 months. I really like the double sided feature.! However when I reset my ink cartride and filled more paper I kept getting a pop up interring with other webpictures. I had to clear decline over and over. I finally figured how to fix this in seetings, but it was hard to find this info and navigate...and with covid unable to get with a real person to help me. over all I like this printer and its features.

I always buy hp refills as the aftermarket dont cut it.

This product is fine, but I would have appreciated getting it faster.

It holds up to the product info very long lasting.

Brought this with a black cartridge and I still don’t have my black cartridge. Can’t find it in the stores either. Why is it so hard to find?

I like the HP brand, usually pretty consistent quality. However - a couple of things I have experienced I don't like: 1. The print quality is just not good - my old machine was was well worn and still had better copies. 2. The machine goes to sleep and I have to turn of power and turn it back on again to get the machine to work. We don't do a lot of copies, maybe that has something to do with it.
