Printer cartridge does not work. Would like a replacement please. Printer indicator shows there is ink in the cartridge.

It won’t stay connected to the internet, So I haven’t been able to use it. It’s way to complicated to get copies. All the other wireless printers I’ve used are really easy to find with my device and it’s a couple of clicks to made a copy. I wish I would have gotten a different copier that works

Product is probably fine, but service was very poor. Had requested it be shipped to different address but the person I spoke to obviously did nothing with my request. I could tell on the phone the person probably wasn’t trained to do anything.

Runs out super quick. Cant even print 20 pictures and its empty.

Installed cartridge and it didnt work. Had to go to office depot/max to but a new one.

Manual and instructions are impossible, mostly non existent. Very very confusing between HP + and HP Smart

I read the reviews. I saw how terrible people said they were. I was desperate for ink. Printed maybe 30 pages and the cartridge was empty. Seriously do not buy this.

Printed only 17 sheets. Ridiculous. Was this a sample package and they forgot to print that on the label? I’m very disappointed.
