We bought this for 2 semi-feral cats that we adopted- both with very long claws, sharp teeth, and rough play habits. They love this for everything:sleeping, wrestling,playing hide and seek, and shredding; this does not leave any kind of lint nor debris from all of that. It also stays in place on a bed, even when theycrawl underneath it. I never want to be without this pad.

My dog recently had major surgery, so she couldn't ride in the car like she normally does. I got this crate pad to go in the crate I got for the car. To transport her to her many vet appointments. She is very comfortable in it, it doesn't slide around so it helps keep her stabilized. Also she was experiencing diarrhea and had some bleeding which got all over the pad on every trip, but it washed up perfectly! Even on a short gentle cycle. Dried on low until Slightly damp and finished air drying. Looks brand new still!! I lost track of how many times I had to wash it in a very short time and it's very durable. I am so happy that I went with the Amazon basics, better price, super soft, and very durable.

This may not be your one-size-fits-all dog bed. It's a bit lightweight for that.But it is as excellent product for the dog on the move. By way of example, we drove our mid-size Whipador 'Rhea' from Pennsylvania to Miami on a two-week road trip, then shipped her in a dog crate to our new home in Colombia. Here, she's got a plush bed on the floor of our bedroom, but still uses this AmazonBasics Padded Pet Bolster Bed as her day-time crash. Plus, we can move it outside to our patio if we're going to spend an extended time out-of-doors. She follows it wherever it goes and finds it a great mobile couch/bed.I don't know when Amazon introduced its AmazonBasics moniker, but it has proven very reliable to us. This product is one example. The price is certainly right, the materials are excellent, and it rolls up and carries in couple of seconds.Rhea's black fur eventually means some strong-armed cleaning, so we wish it came in a darker color. But you won't go wrong snagging the Bolster Bed for your dog's part-time lolly-gagging.

He's been on it since it came out of the box :D I'd read previous reviews that stated the bolster was well padded (which it is) but the bed itself was lacking. My Eskie is eleven years old and definitely needs something better than the floor to sleep on; for less than 9 dollars I bought a comfort foam mattress topper and cut it into thirds. Two of those pieces were put onto the floor prior to placing the Amazon Basics pet bed-- Karma loves it! Most of the orthopaedic pet beds I've seen sell for roughly $20 or more; for the same price I've gotten one that my dog is utterly in love with. The bed itself is super soft, a lovely light ivory colour (not the khaki and "dog pee" shades I'd read about at all!), and arrived promptly. It was sealed in plastic inside the box; folded in half, not crumpled or shoved in carelessly. This is the 35" (32"?) bed; my doggo is a cross between a miniature and standard American Eskimo and weighs in at 26lbs. I feel like this was an excellent purchase, and will continue to purchase this product if/when Karma is due for his next bed replacement.

This fits perfectly in the kennel. It has folds, so if you’re crate training your pup and need to block a portion off, this folds perfectly for that, until you need to open it up and lay flat. Great quality too.

Typically, we have a rug in front of the fireplace that the dog always sleeps on. It's just a throw rug so it's not great - and has pulls from his nails. So, I wanted something to be casual for the livingroom that still looked nice - because I also am buying him a replacement 'regular' bed for him. He always loved his crate - so we actually set him up with a bedroom in the laundry room that is 'his' room and he loves it! But he also loves nothing more than to be with his 'people' so we're always in the living room - which is why the rug was over used by him. Now, he is sleeping like a baby on his new 'blanket' rug replacement. It's not really thick (neither is a rug) but it looks nice and is super soft, it actually does have padding. I'm happy - he's happy!

It fits perfect in the cage and is very soft for my dog.

I purchased this for one of my dogs crate. It fits perfectly into the crate with no issues of being to big or leaving space uncovered. The bottom does not have much cushion, but I have a few of these so I knew that before purchasing and am ok with it. My dog doesn't seem to care much about the bottom cushion. He does absolutely like the raised part that is all around it. He likes to rest his head on it when he lays in his crate and begs me for treats. My dog is not very destructive so I cannot give a review on how this holds up to a chewer. He has scratched at it before he lays down and so far it is holding up to that well. I would recommend against the cream colored if you get annoyed with it not being perfectly clean. My dog attracts a lot of stickers from the grass and they do tend to stick onto the mat and since I got the light colored one, the mat does at times look dirty from it. This is a great dog bed at a fantastic price. I bought the 46” bed for my Labrador and he LOVES it. He is so picky with beds, but this one he loves. We had purchased some beds similar to this from a well known pet supply store, and had to put a smaller one nested into a bigger one to add extra padding. They are much more expensive at the pet supply stores. You don’t need to do that with this one. It has a nice padding to it, like a memory foam. My dog is almost 14 and always wants to be on something soft. We have about 3 dog beds throughout the house, and this particular one is on an area rug on concrete flooring. He lies in this bed when we’re in that room. If you want your dog to be comfy at an affordable price, you can’t go wrong with this bed! Highly recommend!

My Corgi has lots of toys but she rather lay on the carpet and chew on the bed and drag it around the house.
