Worked perfectly. Perfect wax for hot waxing legs, lips, chin wherever. It worked great! Never going to the salon to get waxed again!

I see that many of the negative reviews are mainly due to people not knowing how to properly wax and set their wax to get too hot. I have been using this wax for many years and will continue to use it, you do have to apply wax correctly and in the correct direction also properly hold the skin when pulling off the wax strip, if you set it too hot you will get burned and the wax will be too runny. After waxing for years the armpit hair and facial hair is almost nonexistent.

My favorite soft wax! I'm a licensed cosmetologist and this is one of our favorite waxes to use. If you're waxing at home, you have to warm it up to the perfect consistency. If it's too runny/watery, that means it's too hot and can burn your skin pretty bad. If its too thick and hard to use, also hard to get off the skin, then it's not hot enough. -->A lot of people are saying it's too sticky... IT'S SOFT WAX, of course it's going to be sticky!! Wax is not easy to keep clean and neat, no matter what brand you're using. If you're having problems with the stickiness, try using a hard wax (strip-less wax) instead. It's a little neater and easier to clean up!

My wife has been using gigi products for years now. She has used pretty much all of them, chocolate, coffee, and sensitive skin wax and she likes this one the best. I was reading some reviews and they complain about how sticky it can be and the mess it might have, but come on, it's wax! Of course it's gonna be sticky and messy, but with practice it gets better. At least she doesn't leave a mess anymore.

Best wax around. Stays hot and comes off easily.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but wanted to write about my experience since so many said the wax is sticky or burns. I have never, ever used a wax warmer or soft wax until I used this today. The key is to be prepared. I turned the wax warmer on high then I checked it every 20 mins until the wax was liquified and then I turned the warmer to low. Use a popsicle stick to test a little wax on the back of your wrist to make sure the wax is not too hot and you don’t burn yourself. I had my wax warmer on the nightstand, I put a dish towel around it to catch any wax drippings (I had none) then I laid an old towel on my bed and sat on the towel to catch any wax drippings (I had none). Work in small sections if you need to. Put the wax on, lay down your strip and rip it off. You don’t need to leave the wax there for minutes. As for the sticky part. I was disturbed that this stuff was ultra sticky almost like adhesive tape sticky BUT, if you are careful you’ll hardly get any anywhere except where you want it. When I was done I jumped right in the shower, toweled off and my legs were still sticky in areas. Wipe your legs down (and hands if you got it on your hands) with pure coconut oil and boom! Problem solved in seconds. I appreciate the fact that I won’t have to shave my legs every other day and no stubble. Take your time. You will love it!

I loved that this wax was SO EASY TO USE! Now, while it wasn’t painless to use, it hurt WAAAAAYY less than the hard wax I got with my wax kit, and other waxes that I’ve tried. I’m not sure if me doing my own wax helped me experience less pain, but this was even better than whatever the ladies are using at the salon. I was debating on if I should get this because I saw some reviews that were kind of scary... temp control wasn’t even a problem for me. I just read the directions and did what it said. Turned my warmer all the way up until it was liquid like, then turned it down low and I let it thicken up a little (because drippy wax means it’s too hot), I tested it on the tip of my finger... it was warm- NOT hot, and I applied it to my leg, took it off with the strip and boom. All done!!! Girl, Buy it. It’s a great product. Seriously. I used half a can for a full body wax. That’s arms, legs/thighs, Brazilian front to back, arm pits, lip & chin..I needed this so bad being that we’re in quarantine and my salon is closed. 🙏🏽
