This was the first time I’ve had anything waxed. I purchased this to try at home and I was not disappointed. Keep in mind as a first timer I researched everything to learn how to do this properly by myself. I saw some reviews about it being stringy, that’s just not the case. The only time it was stringy was when it wasn’t at the correct temperature. I have super sensitive skin and was really hoping I could get away with waxing, razor bumps are a pain. Now that I haven’t had to shave in 4 weeks I have so much more time to soak in the warm water in the shower to relax.

Keep in mind that alot of these people reviewing this product are not licensed, estheticians. As one of those people, I like this wax alot. It works great and once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. People complain that it gets all over but it's soft wax... If you're not careful that will happen. Before you even start waxing, make sure you have baby oil to clean up the leftover wax that might be on your body or anywhere else around you. I like to apply it going in the direction of my hair and then pull up the strip up the opposite way. I find that helps me get the most hair off in an efficient way. Be careful when you are pulling to be gentle in certain areas. If you pull at your skin too hard then it will cause slight bruising. I am already purchasing my second jar because I liked the first one. I think I will also try their sensitive skin type as well. Just buy it.

You just have to carefully dip a wooden stick in, twirl it and spread IN THE DIRECTION YOUR HAIR GROWS. Put the paper in place and pull. The warmest you can handle without burning yourself it good -- or too hot it hurts AND IT GETS Waaaaaay to runny. You can use lotion or baby oil to remove any bit of residue (I just dab with an extra paper to remove any little areas of wax). Great Product - acts just like what they used at the salon. TIP 1: if you don't know what to do, invest in one session at a salon/spa...watch carefully and you learn first hand! Tip 2: I place a large piece of paper (newsprint...) or old towel under my legs...so if/WHEN it drips a little, I haven't ruined the carpet, my bedspread, a chair... In other words, PROTECT your working surface! :-)

Love this stuff. It does the job and does not irritate my sensitive skin - just make sure you are not using the wax too hot on your skin to avoid burning or bumps. I do what the salon ladies do, blow on the wax stick a few times beefore applying and keep it on low/med heat once it's all been melted. I like that its easy to remove with waxing strips. I use it on my legs, armpits, bikini line and have tried it on my upper lip with no irritation and just a smooth hair free result. I am now not only saving money and time in avoiding the salon but also reducing the stress of having to shave so often. Loving my smooth hair free skin thanks to this wax.

The product is definitely for professional use. I’m not a pro but I have been waxing for a while and I got a hang of this quickly. Yes, it is VERY sticky and VERY hard to remove from the skin. I ordered the post-wax lotion that is supposed to remove the residue from skin, so I will be reviewing that when I use it. As far as waxing goes, it works great. I definitely recommend the cloth strip roll. I love this soft wax so much more than the hard wax, which I think was extremely messy. All in all, I 100% recommend this if you know what you’re doing!!!

Fantastic soft strip wax!! Super easy to use, if you know what you’re doing. If you’ve never had a professional wax before and are DIY without actually knowing what you’re doing, you will hurt yourself. Otherwise, it’s super effective wax and I did not experience any pain with it. I waxed both legs in ~30 minutes with minimal residue left over, and I used almond oil to clean it off. This is it for me, HG status. Tip: use a super thin layer in direction of hair growth, press a muslin strip down in the same direction, remove quickly & without hesitation in the opposite direction, as parallel to the skin as you can get, like ripping a bandaid off very quickly.

This is my favorite wax. It does the job very well!

A lot of these people that are giving negative reviews literally have no clue what they are talking about. You can tell they are not professionals. Im a licensed esthetician and have been for a few years and have NEVER had any issues. STICKY: its wax .. its supposed to be. SKIN LIFTING (Tearing): you didnt prep skin properly or the wax is to hot. WATERY:Wax to hot .. turn it down and try again. RESIDUE: you need to buy a proper wax remover for the skin if you made a mess on your skin. I read a comment where the person let the wax set for 30 seconds on their skin .. dont do that. This is soft wax and needs to be immediately removed with a strip after the wax is applied.

Just what I needed for my at home waxing machine during the pandemic, well actually since my beautician retired and other places were way too expensive, this is much better, takes a couple of times to get it down and you have to be quite flexible but it's worth the effort and saves money. The wax gets everywhere and is hard to remove so put something down to protect the floors!

I recently started using this wax after trying the cirepil hard wax, which is really good for sensitive skin, leaves no residue or redness but barely removes hair. U have to use it priperly or else you will be pretty unhappy. U heat it 30-40 min on high in the gigi heater, then put on low which willl keep on a perfect temperature and maintain the perfect syrupy consistency. I spread a very thin layer, and by thin i mean super thin, spread out over the area i want to wax. U apply the strip and count till 30 and rip. Its awesome. Doesnt really hurt, and removes literally every single hair. I used on legs and bikini and i do not recommend it on bikini which is a very sensitive area and it leaves it quite red and raw. Except if u put plenty powder and oil, and u dont have sensitive skin like me. Im looking forward to using it on the rest of my body.
