Don't know who to be disappointed with - BabyBjorn or Target but regardless, I'm disappointed this potty didn't come with a box - just wrapped in a plastic Target bag. You'd think a name brand like BB would have better packaging. Makes me wonder if it was used. This needs to be fixed!!

It arrived tossed in a brown box with no original packaging, and it either looked used or just really dirty from being stored unpackaged in the warehouse.

So small! Made for toys not kids.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I was excited to purchase this potty for my son because the splash guard not being high enough is the main issue with purchasing potties now. I disregarded the negative reviews because I believed that the negative reviews were few in comparison to the positive reviews. Imagine my disappointment once I realized that the negative reviews were accurate. My son was excited to use the big boy potty but his experience quickly turned into a nightmare. #1, the potty is extremely small and he isn't comfortable sitting on it for long. #2, the splash guard is too low which results in urine splashing all over the floor and most importantly all over him. He has been traumatized from potty training with this potty so now I have to try a different approach to potty training along with beginning the search for a new potty. #3, once he stands up from the potty, the removable waste bucket disconnects from the potty and makes an even bigger mess. The manufacturer did not think of toddlers, who have not yet reached an adult size, when designing the splash guard. I am extremely disappointed in this potty and would never recommend it for anyone to purchase for their child. I'm thankful I bought this when it was only $10.00 or else I would be extremely disappointed.
