It is not perfect, but for the price and dealing with a little rambunctiousness, it works fine.

The straps are extra long. Maybe too long. I have it in a Silverado and have more than 2 feet of strap left over. Crazy dog attacks these straps like they're his worst enemy. He is 25 lbs and about 12 inches tall and he can clear this hurdle to gain access to the front seat. My smaller dog doesn't even try. I think it does what it was made to do. Just be aware a crazy dog is going to jump over it.

Hard to fit into smaller cars.

I bought two and sewed them together to make them wide enough to cover the whole width of the car. My dogs are little and can wiggle thru small holes so I need complete coverage. My nervous little Maltese sits quietly in the back. He was moving all over the car before I was concerned for his safety with the ways he got back and forth.I love these screens, they disappear from the outside. some of the metal ones made my car look unpleasant. You cannot tell I have a barrier unless you look closely.

Good easy use

It was a little difficult to figure out and install at first, the head rest straps are flimsy so I recommend double or even triple knots to make it snug. every car is different so it’s kind of a “figure it out, stupid” type product, but still a decent product

The stretch cords that secure the net in place were not sealed on the ends and had started to fray. Before I could do anything I had to use my grill lighter to seal the ends so they would not continue to fray. This is a simple and low cost process to insure a quality product that was not done by manufacturer.
