Opened the package and went to fill up the water hose that holds it down. I guess there was about 4 inches of the hose that wasn't sealed. Needless to say the water went everywhere. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning so we used it anyways, removed the hose. Kind of disappointed for the money I spent on it.

I didn't get to use it until mid July and the ballast tube started leaking not long after I put it up. On nice breezy days or nights I have to weigh down the bottom with cloth covered weights Other than that,I love it.

I'm just not loving this. Getting it on and off is a monster. I wish I could leave it on all the time but when you lower the umbrella you have to tighten the inner loop as you go which is not ideal for one person closing a large crank umbrella. Velcro was sticking to the net everywhere. You get what you pay for.

I have a concrete patio. The nylon sleeve covering the bladder wore through in 3 days then the bladder burst. I had 4 punctures that I repaired. Burst in other places the same day I repaired the punctures. The concept is great. The netting is fine. Wearing through on the base means this is useless. If you are putting it on a surface other than very smooth.

I love the Simplicity of this product however the materials used to construct the screen itself is very flimsy and snags very easy
