Stopped working after 3 uses. It actually court circuit editor and had smoke coming out

This dryer is seriously lacking in power. It takes me twice as long to get my hair dry, and does not leave in a true “blowout” condition. It is marketed as being good for ethnic hair…in theory, it is, but the lack of sufficient air pressure / heat leaves me needing an additional product for my 4c hair to be dry and straight.

The item came in its original packaging but was apparently used. There was hair grease and actual hair follicles found on the item. I was happy about the pricing but the item was sold in poor condition.
