Definitely sturdier than the less expensive carrier I had with my first. I trust this one to safely carry my newborn. Would recommend for small infants. Didn't give 5 stars because the height adjustment is really difficult to adjust.

I received this carrier this morning and I just had to review right away! This is the first baby carrier I've tried, I was a bit hesitant to try as there are so many different types and I didn't know where to start.. My one month old baby loves to be held constantly but as a mum to a two year old as well I struggled with having to put him down to do things for my daughter. Not anymore! I can now prepare meals, wash up, play with my daughter all whilst holding a now very calm and content settled baby. The material is super soft and good quality and a trendy colour. The design it's self is really simple and I found it easy to put on, do up and put my baby in by myself. It's also easy and simple to take off too. I feel like my son must be very comfortable in here as he fell asleep in seconds the first time we used. So pleased with the product will deffo recommend! The only reason I have given a 4 star instead of 5 as I'm a plus size woman with large breasts and I feel like the straps could be made a little larger to accommodate plus size parents a little more. Although I am able to wear comfortably I feel like this could limit parents that are slightly bigger than me particularly men who may be that bit broader also. But other than that I cannot fault the product at all.

From the short useage we have had of the carrier so far it appears to be a good carrier for young babies. It is easy enough to put on and feels secure once it is on. It is a sturdy material and appears to offer comfort and support for our baby. The carrier supports the ergonomic position that babies should be carried in. The carrier itself is lightweight and comfortable to wear. It will be perfect for walks with the toddler in tow and the nursery run. The body appears to be a bit long for our newborn and although it supports his head well it also seems to drown his head a little so we are going to wait until he is a couple more weeks older before we really start using it for longer trips. From our limited use with our newborn we feel the carrier will get used lots by us and certainly would recommend to.others that want a carrier for the younger baby.

I tried this product with my six month old daughter, who weighs 19 lbs. and is 27 inches. This carrier was much more comfortable for me than others I have tried, but after a little while in it, my daughter seemed uncomfortable. I think it would have been great when she was smaller, but doesn't fit that well now. I wasn't able to use the leg safety straps because her legs are too big, which made me a little nervous. It was great for short bursts, just around the house to calm her before naps, though. I really liked the cool mesh material, since we live in a hot area. My husband is a big guy, so this wouldn't fit him, but I will definitely keep this to use for my next baby when he or she is smaller.

Thank you WeeSpring Parent Panel for sending me this item to review! This carrier exceeded my expectations. The quality is fantastic. It has a breathable material for hot weather. The padding on the straps provide great support. It is comfortable for both the wearer and the baby. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was 1 reason: It cannot be used for anyone with broad shoulders my husband was not able to wear this carrier. With the exception of that, it is a perfect carrier. I have used it out for periods of time and I also use it frequently around the house while doing house work. The carrier is perfect for using when my son is fussy and wants held but I still need to get stuff done. I would most definitely recommend this item!

This carrier is great for quick trips to the store or getting a few things done around the house! I have twins so I am always wearing one of them and this is so easy to get my little babies into and transfer them out when they fall asleep! It fits snug to my body keeping the baby close and supported. My husband also loves it because you don't need any instructions to get it on! I am so glad I was able to give baby Bjorn a chance, thanks to the weespring parent panel for giving me this carrier!

I received this baby carrier as a part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. I have been using the carrier with my 3 month old baby. I love that the Baby Bjorn Carrier allows my baby and I to cuddle, while I go about doing my daily chores. PROS: - Easy to put on by myself. I like that the fasteners on the Baby Bjorn are on the front of the carrier, making it easy for me to place the baby inside and fasten. - Ease of use and flexible. This carrier is easy enough to use and doesn't have a lot of unnecessary straps and gadgets. It is also easy to adjust so my husband could easily wear it as well. - lightweight and compact. I found the Baby Bjorn to be small and light enough to toss in my diaper bag. This makes it a great carrier for on-the-go - The adjustable size guide is unique and very convenient. It is easy to select the appropriate fit for your baby based on their height. - Breathable. The soft mesh material feels very nice and allows air to flow so that you and the baby do not get too hot. CONS: - Lack of back support. The carrier features shoulder straps but does not have any kind of waist or lumbar support. Because of this, my back started to ache after carrying a 10lb baby for about an hour. I would hesitate to carry a larger baby due to the lack of support for the parent. - Hard plastic piece on baby seat. The piece that is used to adjust the height of the carrier rests where the baby sits. I feel like this is a little uncomfortable for baby. Overall, I think that this is a great carrier for small babies and newborns. It is certainly easier to put on than a wrap and offers a similar bonding experience. The biggest downside for me is lack of lower back support.. I will definitely use it while my babies are little but would switch to a more supportive option as my babies grow.

Baby Bjorne baby carrier Pros: It is made of nice material that is soft where you need it and breathable. It adjusts easily. The clasps are heavy duty plastic and easy to clip in and out. It is great for a new born/ small baby (under 15 lbs). I carried a friends newborn baby in this for several hours and she slept the whole time. It was great and comfortable. She was only 8lbs though. You can lay down a sleeping baby without waking him or her up. (I watched videos from baby Bjorne on how to do this.) Cons: My son is 6months and 23 lbs. It says you can use this carrier for babies of his size but I definitely don't recommend it. There is no hip strap to even out the weight so all the weight is on the shoulders. I have carried my son forward facing and inward facing and both hurt my shoulders after about 5 minutes. It would be great if the carrier had a pocket to place keys and a phone. Overall, great carrier for a new born. Prior to testing the carrier I had been using the regular baby Bjorne with the hip strap and loved it. I did not know they had a "mini" version and would definitely use it for my next new born.
