This is a poorly made product; glued rather than stitched together. The headband part is not adjustable. The worst part is that for some reason, the puffy bit covering the ears has 4 sharp plastic 'pins' holding the parts together. Brand new, I can't feel the pins pressing my ears, but I'm sure with repeated wear, as the puffy bit condenses, they will become noticeable and uncomfortable.

I was so very disappointed and embarrassed on Christmas because this was a gift for my great granddaughters. One of the earmuffs lacked the outside part of the muff---the part with the maple leaf on it! It was Christmas morning!--what could I do??
