Very helpful adaptor to download pics or music to/from phones.

The unit works well. When attaching to my Samsung phone the card is very close to the phone body, but works. The USB-C is a little bit fussy in that it only works with the labelling down when it is supposed to not care about how it is inserted. When inserted correctly, the blue light came on and it was immediately recognized by the phone. Works fine with regular USB as well, of course. I misunderstood the description and expected the unit had internal memory so could be used as a thumb drive. It has no memory, but comes with a micro sd card and adapter. Not really a problem. Just not what I expected, exactly.
