Easy to assemble. Love the color of the cushions.

The first shipment had defective parts but the company sent replacements at no cost and the replacements arrived in just three days the furniture is beautiful

When taken out of box everything was intact and not broken which I was happy about. Sadly none of my pieces were marked with letters or numbers but honestly I was ok with that since I figured out how to set it up. Quality seems sturdy time will tell how long it holds up, I hope it does! It’s cute.

There are some issues with mildew - but we live in a hot humid state of NC! Material has held up well, no dry rot or discoloration. We did have a few wooden dowels break that hold the backs to the bottom of the chair.

The wood is a little flimsy with knots in naturally weak areas of the design. The bench has cracked and is bowed in the middle after 1 month. A few screws were missing in the assembly kit, but that was easily rectified. Other than the above issues, this set is great for our patio. The teal color is vibrant and welcoming!

Love the looks of this furniture on our new patio. The chairs only have 2 screws & a small dowel holding the back on. We bought a separate similar set of 2 chairs made by the same company that were much more sturdy. The cushions are not the greatest in comfort, but all in all would recommend.

Pros: Easy to assemble, sturdy, attractive design, good quality workmanship overall, comfortable cushions, inexpensive. Cons: Design using thin wood pieces makes furniture look unsubstantial, wood finish not consistent. I purchased this to complement an acacia wood dining set located on my screen porch purchased previously on Amazon. The maker of the dining set offered a competing 4 piece set which was approximately double the cost of this one. In side by side comparison, my dining set is much heavier and substantial and has a much higher quality finish. It is obviously higher quality furniture. However, due to the lower price this set offers a good value in wood outdoor furniture.

The chairs were well packaged and arrived safely. The problem that I had was in trying to determine which screw pack went with which item and what each of the wooden pieces were. The instructions for assembly state that items have an identification on them. Mine must have been the exception as nothing had any form of ID on it. What should have been done is that all of the wood parts for each chair, table and couch should have been labeled so, out of the box you could put them together for ease of assembly. None of the screw packs had an ID on them. All the mfg. needed to do was to put a letter signifying which pack is which. It would have made assembly VERY easy had this been done. They really are easy to assemble once you take the time to figure out which item is which. Had that been done, I would have easily given this item a 5-star rating. I would add that when you put the chairs and couch together, first affix the back to the sitting part and hold them together with tape. Then, put the unit on its side and attach the arm rest for the one side. When it is in place, flip the unit over to expose the other side and finish the assembly. Take the tape off after assembly.
