I just used it for the first time & it stopped working 15 minutes into pressure cooking. It doesn't turn ON anymore! I checked the plug & power outlet... nothing! It ruined the food I was cooking. Absolutely terrible product & experience. I was so excited to finally own an Instant Pot and it was such a huge letdown.

Very hard to clean, bought it to help make my rices easier and doesn’t come out good.

I have used a stove top pressure cooker for last 30 years and I know how pressure cooker workd. The lid of this instant pot was so loose and rattling after closed. I was afraid of mess from leak during pressure cooking. Maybe the O-ring is not a proper one or there is a fundamental design flaw. I put it back in the box without using and returned it.

Did not work right because the pressure starts releasing too soon. I prefer my less expensive pressure cooker over this one. Sent back for return.

Broke after 10 uses. I liked it but it broke and can’t take it back. It just stopped working.

Dislike. It was ruined after seven months

O-ring/Seal never fit properly, nor the lid which I didn’t realize until after having to cook soaked beans for 60+mins. Took me countless tries just to even seat the lid properly so it could close. By doing that, now the outer part on InstantPot is nicked up and the black paint has completely chipped off in those areas. Definitely not good when paint chips end up in your food. Not to mention cheap plastic handle that broke off when it slipped off the counter while I was trying to remove lid after cooking. Go figure- of course the return window has expired-never fails!

It never worked. Waste of money and time

The bottom wasn’t assembled correctly so it wasn’t balanced and had to be returned.

Took it out the box and plugged up nothing. I tried plugging in up. I had to take it back and do a return then exchange
