Used It Once And It Broke

Everything sticks so bad!

Never had one. After months of looking at bad reviews (too many), and going through other much more expensive machines to do a couple of things (and it broke fast), I bought the Insta. Everything was in the box. Wasn't worried about Insta filing for bankruptcy because IF they filed for Chapter 11, they'd likely be around for years. I did the test to ensure steam is trapped. No problem. I ran three small batches of things in it. No problem 1st-2nd time. Couldn't get the buttons set correctly the third time. It's being returned after about a week, unfortunately. Now, I'm at a loss again.

This IP only lasted 14 months (2 months past warranty). It started making a really loud popping noise during steaming and sautéing. Called customer service and they said it sounds like an internal problem and I should stop using it. Expensive appliance for it to only last 14 months. Sent an email message to Instant Pot headquarters and got a ref. # but never heard back. Contacted them again and got another ref. # - still haven't heard anything. I guess I'll try a Cosori.
