I bought one of these online and unfortunately it came with a melted cover. The top looked like it had been in a fire and the inside had plastic melted all over it. No big deal since rejects happen. I returned it for another one and the bottom was warped. The pot would not sit flat, it just wobbled around on the counter. I didn't feel like pressing my luck on a third one.

Right out of the box and it’s not working. Not sealing, and it’s burning the food on the bottom of the pot. Really unhappy with this purchase.

This doesn’t work. The box arrived covered in Target tape, leading me to believe it’s a returned item. It won’t turn on. My older IP works well. This is a huge disappointment.

Used it once and broke. Once plugged in it would not turn on, used multiple outlets and it had worked 2 days prior. So disappointed in target, rude workers not trying to help and had given me false hope over the phone. Definitely wish I wasted the money on something elsewhere!

Stopped working after using 3 times

Third time about to use and it didn’t turn on anymore

Item is too heavy, item cook disgusting rice, never see so much rice stick to a pan, a hassle to clean. Took a long time for pressure to get release even on lowest pressure setting. I don’t like it.

Works great and I love it. However after using it twice to make ribs, after cleaning there was black on the paper towel. Looking inside the pot, some of the "stainless steel" looked and felt chipped off. Inner pot is now useless. Caution when using. Very disappointed.

I just used it for the first time & it stopped working 15 minutes into pressure cooking. It doesn't turn ON anymore! I checked the plug & power outlet... nothing! It ruined the food I was cooking. Absolutely terrible product & experience. I was so excited to finally own an Instant Pot and it was such a huge letdown.

Very hard to clean, bought it to help make my rices easier and doesn’t come out good.
