Arrived broken, the whole bottom would not sit flat to the counter. It was almost like it was smashed on the bottom. I don’t think this was due to shipping. The box was dirty and not taped well, but I think the product was broken before being shipped. Will just buy from Amazon instead.

The device was a used device and parts were missing in it. It was quite dirty from inside

Item went on sale days after I bought it and Target didn't approve price adjustment.

Just got the package today from target. Was very excited but it seems damages from the side. At first I thought it was the design but it seems off. I don't know if it could affect the function. :(

I made meat stew only once. It got burnt at the bottom and returned it. It is pretty big and won’t suggest buying unless you have good counter space for all appliances.

Rice option now working after 1 year.

If I try to pressure cook, the water overflows after some time. I tried cleaning all the parts but it is still not working!
