I like the ease of cooking with a Instapot, even if you’ve never used it before it is very simple to use. The meat comes out, so tasty and tender.

This is my first time using a pressure cooker. I took the time to study the manual. It used to take about 3 hours to soften the beef and tendon, 30 min in the pot has been more than enough. I'll shorten to 20 or 25 min next time. It's a great time saver, and not having stand by the stove and stir occasionally
