The sweeper itself is great for my hardwood floors. However, I have only had it for one week and the battery appears to have died. I have checked for hair as recommended but it's not working. It will run normal for about 30 seconds then start slowing down until it stops after another 30 seconds. The charger does not light up when it is plugged in either. After researching this issue, I have found countless complaints of the same issue AND the same issue with a new replacement battery. I am very hesitant to buy a replacement battery but I really would like to have my sweeper working again.

It spun items away from it more than it picked crumbs, etc. up.

It is so light the sweeper keeps flipping back on the stick. Would not recommend this one !!!

When it works it works great. But the battery won’t charge and it cant be used. Received as a Christmas present, purchased another brand and am much happier.

I didn’t like the maneuvering part! Good on flat surface but not on carpet! It keeps tipping up in front and spinning out the contents it it picking up at that moment!

Someone gave this to me as a gift last year. It worked well the first few times I used it. Then it stopped mid vacuuming. I got it again this year as a gift. Same thing: it stopped working mid vacuuming, only this time it stopped the first time I used it. The battery was fully charged both times. Now I have 2 pieces of junk that don’t work. Don’t buy this for yourself or anyone else. Waste of money.

there was only 1 swivel sweeper in the box.

Couldn’t wait to get this swivel sweeper vacuum I’ve had them before. Came weeks late! With a defective charger and when I tried the 800 number for the company that makes it they informed me it’s a discontinued product and that Amazon was responsible for replacing the charger not them! Could not get hold of anyone at Amazon I am very very disappointed in the product and in Amazon for selling me a discontinued product at full price! Shame on them

I bought this a while back in 2020. I always like to have a back up in case mine breaks down. I've used these for years and love them. If you keep them maintained, they will last a long time. Wellll ........I just got this one out that I bought 3 yrs ago, because mine finally was on it last leg. Come to find out the battery DOES NOT CHARGE, it did not work after a 9 hour charge. I really dont think its the sweeper more like the battery. . I would like some feed back from this company to see if they could consider sending me a new battery.or can I end the whole thing back

I love swivel sweepers and have used them for years. But the last one I got from Amazon didn't fit together correctly and broke the stem at the attachment. I threw it away !
