I purchased as a gift and then the battery was missing. My friend had the problem of returning the sweeper!!

Actually liked the unit was convienant , however two of the brushes quit working soon after purchase so now have to reorder the same product. Ordered in Jan 2024...now its June 2024 so Very disappointed ordering from amazon that this happened!

Worked really well for the first few time's I used it, but it suddenly just stopped working today and the front and right brushes wont move anymore, even after cleaning it out thoroughly . The lower brushes still move, but make a very loud sound.

Didn't pick up pet hair, only pushed it around, stopped working after only 3 weeks.

It work for three months and would charge or work ,I’m waiting for a answer to my problem . I. Really not happy

This product just flings dirt all over hard floors. Spend the extra 30 bucks on the shark mop vac. Much better

Used this item about 1-2x a week for maybe 3-5 mins at a time... has worked beautifully since I purchased it 2 months ago. Suddenly, it will not turn on. ?? Battery charger has a faint slightly funky electronic smell?

Battery lasted only 6 months. Was probably very old stock when I they shipped it.

Sweeper stopped working after 6 months. The previous one I had lasted years. Seems this one is defective. Awaiting contact from manufacturer to see if can be replaced. Otherwise, it was a good product for it's purpose.
