Battery does not hold change

Have purchased 2 of these in the past year. First one had battery recharging issues after a few months so I ordered a second one and kept both to have spare parts on hand. Now second battery charger is having issues. Does not fully charge battery so I get 30 sec to a minute of use and then it dies. I had an original one of these and it lasted me a few years at least. Very disappointed with the longevity and battery recharge issue with BOTH of these units purchased in 2020.

It was handy while it lasted, but it gave up the ghost about 2 months after purchase. Piece of junk. Don't bother.

Did not pick up everything and when I tried to empty and clean the stuff that got caught in the bristles a plastic PC fell off and now it's not usable. Waste of money.

I love swivel sweepers and have used them for years. But the last one I got from Amazon didn't fit together correctly and broke the stem at the attachment. I threw it away !

I bought this a while back in 2020. I always like to have a back up in case mine breaks down. I've used these for years and love them. If you keep them maintained, they will last a long time. Wellll ........I just got this one out that I bought 3 yrs ago, because mine finally was on it last leg. Come to find out the battery DOES NOT CHARGE, it did not work after a 9 hour charge. I really dont think its the sweeper more like the battery. . I would like some feed back from this company to see if they could consider sending me a new battery.or can I end the whole thing back

Couldn’t wait to get this swivel sweeper vacuum I’ve had them before. Came weeks late! With a defective charger and when I tried the 800 number for the company that makes it they informed me it’s a discontinued product and that Amazon was responsible for replacing the charger not them! Could not get hold of anyone at Amazon I am very very disappointed in the product and in Amazon for selling me a discontinued product at full price! Shame on them

there was only 1 swivel sweeper in the box.
