[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought a memory foam mattress for my guest room and slept on it a few times. It was sooooo hot I woke up and slept elsewhere. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a new mattress and this actually worked really well. I'm not sure how it works but I slept the night through after putting it on. I have a twin in there And got a twin XL and it was actually perfect.

Some tend to be loud and crinkly while others aren't nearly as water resistant as advertised. So far, we've been very pleased with our new AllerEase Mattress Cover. It fits on our twin mattress very well and you can't even tell that it's on there. No crinkling or plastic sounds. We got the temperature balancing cover since my kids are hot-blooded like me, but I'm not quite sure if we've noticed the effects of that feature. More importantly though, we have not had any leaking from the occasional "accident". Since I just recently purchased a new mattress for our children's trundle bed, I'm thrilled that the cover has done exactly as I had hoped and the mattress is still in perfect condition. We have been extremely pleased with this cover so far and plan to get more for the rest of our beds.

I like the way it feels under my sheets and I know it will protect my mattress from spills. The cover is able to fit a deep mattress with no problem. I haven’t noticed that it makes my bed any cooler but I don’t wake up hot at night so that’s a good thing. I would definitely recommend this product. The cover seems to be good quality and should protect my mattress for a while.

And we have a 90lb dog that likes to sleep with us and sometimes gets the bed wet. Not only did this cover help protect the mattress but it helped balance with the temperature control.

Other mattress covers i've tried don't keep me cool and dry. Either they keep me cool and don't protect against any wetness. Or they protect against wetness and are extremely hot. There is no stiffness either. It washes nicely no shredding, pilling and no shrinkage.
