Water resistant, not waterproof. Liquid will soak through. Also, the top is not absorbent, so liquid will run down the side of the bed and still get the mattress and bedding wet.

Mattress protector itself is ok—not noisy, doesn’t affect the texture of the bed. But it’s not waterproof. Pee on the bed and the mattress still stinks.

Its hot and not worth buying

If you are looking to be drenched in sweat all night long then this is the protector for you. I was originally encouraged by the look and lack of sound but after sleeping on it for several nights I realized it wasn’t going to get any better. I was waking up several times a night drenched in sweat and I am usually a cold sleeper with lots of blankets on me.

The material fell apart as I washed it for the first time, because upon opening it I found a weird stain- it was brand new never owned before. My protector now has threads hanging out everywhere, runs throughout, and rips. So glad I spent my money on this...

Made my bed extra hot. Had to remove it

I am very disappointed! This mattress protector is definitely not waterproof at all. Not purchasing again

Smells like paint, terrible

Family member had watery soil accident and it went through the mattress protector. It was a mess to clean up. It did not protect at all. I might have to get rid of the mattress and I lost money on this item. The house smell horrible. Do not buy this product.

Do not waste your money if you’re looking for fully WATERPROOF. Mattress is ruined from toddler potty training.
