This is a soft and deep pocket mattress cover, it was great at first. I got it for a brand new mattress for my 3 year old who will occasionally have accidents. As I pulled it off after an accident I noticed my mates was stained and smelled like urine. I cleaned it, washed the mattress cover and put it back on. The next night we had another accident, I pulled it right off and same thing, stained mattress that smelled like urine. I purchased another cover, different brand, and see I am outside the return window now so I’m not able to get my money back. I do not recommend this brand to anyone, especially for those with children who are learning to potty train.

States it is water proof for spills or accidents. My little had an accident and it soaked the mattress.

After 6 months they are no l longer waterproof

Not waterproof at all. I have two of these and neither have been waterproof.

Bought this in September 2023. Washed it maybe once following care instructions. Kiddo had a pee accident and this provided absolutely no waterproof protection as claimed.

Not waterproof - did not protect against a urine accident. Instead, soaked through to mattress.

This waterproof mattress protector in NOT WATERPROOF. LIQUID WILL GET TO THE MATTRESS.

The target description says that this mattress is OEKO 100 certified. But that is written nowhere on the product packaging, nor on the company website, which makes me think that the Target description is wrong. Will be returning.
