Great, bright lamp. I used the 60w LED bulbs, dimmable. However, the instructions for which bulb to get are very confusing. I’ll probably get a lower wattage for the small reading light, as 60W LED is way too bright.

This beautiful lamp would get a 5 star rating but only a 4. Its strong and heavy! But one of the parts to twist came crooked so it cannot get straight. Fortunately, I have it in the corner where it wont be bumped into but I can see where its crooked. I decided to keep it anway, so hopefully I won't regret doing so!

I love the look of this lamp and own two of them now. The problem with them is how much of a pain it is to screw the pieces together. It's not like some lamps where the pieces easily just screw together. If you don't do it very slowly they screw in crooked or don't screw all the way down and it can be very frustrating. I've put two of these lamps together and would not do it again. It took me over 30 minutes of screwing a piece in and unscrewing it to get it straight to put it together. There were a couple times I almost gave up and let it be crooked, but I'm obsessive and wouldn't be able to handle a crooked lamp.

I love this lamp but it was difficult to screw the parts together properly. I had to use WD-40 to lubricate the threads so they would work and not create a leaning lamp!

I ordered it online and the first lamp arrived with a broken shade, but customer service sent a replacement right away and I was able to return the damaged one after the replacement arrived. I found it easy to assemble and I like the simple design. I deducted one star in my rating because I wish the lamp's base were a tiny bit wider and heavier for maximum stability, but it is adequately stable on a hardwood floor. Very happy with the amount of light it puts out-- it lights up my whole living room all by itself! A good value for the money.

Sturdy, elegant, and bright. I was searching for a lamp for a dark corner of my living room, and this met all my needs. I was a little worried about the quality, but I was really impressed as I started to put it together (which only took 5 minutes). My only complaint was that I had to use a rubber mallet to straighten out one of the interior tubes as I assembled it, but from there it was smooth sailing. A stylish, functional piece I'm really happy with.

Have only had it a few days but am quite pleased with it. Easy to put together (single mid-70's female), hefty enough to not be of concern it will fall or easily be pushed over, to my surprise if gives enough light to cover the entire room so do not need to turn on others, really like the dimmer, like how I can position the reading lamp to whatever direction I want, do not have to strain over my shoulder to turn on either light ... all in all a good purchase - far better than I thought it would be...
leaning lamp
Item came broke, so I had to return it and get a new at the store. After putting it together it looks like it kind of leaning to me. But for the most part it's ok..

I ordered two of these lamps, and overall, I like them. The first one arrived in good condition, but the second one had some chipping on the frosted glass that makes up the torch part of the lamp. I'm using dimmable LED bulbs in the top part of the lamp, and I don't see much difference based on the level of the built in dimmer switch. There is some change, but not enough to be noteworthy. The two bulbs in the top are both 15 watt (100 watt equivalent), and they do a really good job of lighting up the room - which is no small feat, as it is a large room with a two-story ceiling and one wall of almost floor to ceiling windows. My complaint is that I wish they had this same model without the reading light. I really just needed some overhead lighting. There is a very similar lamp that doesn't have the reading light, but it doesn't come in the brass finish (which is the finish that goes best with the decor in my room), so this is what I ended up with.
