It’s functional

It is not easy to fold or unfold for someone that doesn’t have the strength which does reduce the flexibility for the user since they will need someone to put it to together and fold it to put it back in the car every time.

Light weight and good range

I have problems when walking for long distances. At my indoor model airplane contests the scooter will give me the ability to do all the walking necessary for a day of competition. Also shopping in a big box store is much easier on the scooter.Edit after several months of ownership:A couple of things that I think are problems: 1) The power switch doesn't give a clear visual indication of whether it's on or off. If you leave it on by mistake it will run the battery down. 2) The same goes for the forward-reverse switch. There is only a tiny difference in the switch appearance between the forward and reverse positions. This one sent me to the ER when I didn't realize it was in reverse. In fact I think it would be better to not have a reverse at all. It's very easy to push the scooter around with your feet if you need to go backwards.

I love this scooter!

I love how easy it is to load and unload! I love how long the batteries last.I wish it stopped quicker when you take your hand off the go button. Remembering to use the hand brake is challenging. I wish it had a key to prevent it being misused or abused. I wish the go button was also able to make it go in reverse instead of having to change the direction with a button. The basket needs to be wider to accommodate a woman’s purse.Overall, it’s made my life easier for shopping or lots of walking. I also wish the seat could be moved forward as I’m only 5’ tallI have a rare incurable disease in my left knee. After multiple surgeries my mobility has been severely compromised so this Scooter has been an answered prayer.

Good Ride

I am very pleased with this scooter. It has a solid build to it, is stable, easy to maneuver and is a smooth ride on most pavement. Doesn't really have shock absorbing feature if you go over a bump but not a big deal from my perspective but noticeable. Great price for the product and I did a lot of research before purchasing this item. Folds relatively easily and fits in my trunk. Just need to practice a few times and get a system...I've only folded it up and put into my car then reassembled it 3 times now and once do it more I know it will be a snap to do ... just not as easy a one piece collapsible unit. Scooters that address these issues, foldability and shock absorption, would push you up into the $1500 and higher range so for the money this is a fantastic portable scooter. I have already recommended it to 2 friends.

Love this little scooter!

I injured my knee 3 weeks before a cruise. I purchased this scooter 3 days before and it arrived in time for me to charge the batteries for use. This scooter was easy to maneuver around the ship, and in and out of elevators. It is much smaller than your regular mobility scooter and easily broke down for storing in the room at night. There is no way I would have been able to get around the ship without this scooter. A lot of people stoped and asked where I bought this scooter from because of the small size. Best purchase ever.

Easy-Breezy!

We took this scooter on a flight to N. Carolina; made it easy to get in/out of the airport and we rented a mini-van and the scooter fit perfectly in the trunk without dis-assembling.

Tried it for first time…update RECOMMEND

I’m a 78 year old woman and can’t walk long distances due to a medical problem. I wanted to use this scooter to quietly ride along the intercoastal waterway and BrookGreen Gardens in Myrtle Beach and be able to carry a camera and a small purse in the carry bag.Pros:Very easy to steer and operate.QuietMoved along fairly quickly, guessing about 3 mph. It went faster on smooth pavement sidewalks than it did on asphalt walkways. The seat was comfortable.I went about 3 miles and it’s still showing as fully charged.Initial charge was quick once I learned it was never going to show 4 green lights.I did have to remember to use the brake when I wanted to stop and not just take my hand off the throttle. But it didn’t take too long to learn that lesson.I like the attached tote bag. Roomier than I expected.Cons:The foot pegs got uncomfortable pretty quickly. I kept moving my feet to various locations on the pegs because they became uncomfortable quickly. I wish there were wider foot pads to go over the pegs.Wish the seat could be moved a little closer to the steering column.I DID come close to tipping over twice when the sidewalk was in front of handicap parking spot. The sidewalk suddenly goes to a sharp sideway incline. The first time caught me by surprise but was able to put my leg out and caught myself before I went down. The second time I was more prepared and was watching for it and slowed down and took a look to see the best way navigate that area. The wheels are small and firm and you feel every little bump. But I got used to it. Would be nice if they were larger and a little softer.THE DECIDING FACTOR will be when I break it down and put it in the car for short road trip to the boardwalk at the beach. I’m hoping to do that tomorrow. If I can easily and quickly take it apart and put it in the back of my SUV and quickly reassemble it again I will definitely keep it for the full 30 day trial and hopefully permanently. Will update.UPDATE:Well the rain and has finally ended and got a good sunny day. So tried taking the scooter out of the suv trunk and putting it together. This was also a good day to try because I am having a pretty weak day and would be a day I would I need to use it if I had to.When I put it in the car, I try to make sure the wheel with the motor is on the left so I can reach it and hold onto it when taking the bike out of the car. Because my arms are weak, I can’t get it safely out without dropping it unless holding onto the wheel/motor. I leave it completely assembled except for the seat. And keep the handle bars in the lowest position. That way it doesn’t block my back window. PUTTING IT TOGETHER after removing from the car1: 🤦‍♀️ be sure you turn the steering wheel in the right direction if you don’t keep it attached. At first I put it on backwards. Which was really easy to do. I centered the front wheel, locked the clamps and sat in the seat…only to realize the throttle and speed was on the left and the writing was upside down. Oops!2. Once I turned the steering wheel around and centered the wheel, it was easy to tighten the clamps to hold it at my preferred height.3. I adjusted the seat height and clamped it with no problem.I did go to a bicycle repair shop to see if they could add flat pedals or a floor board so I wouldn’t need to put my feet on the pegs. They said no.FINAL RESULTS:I’m keeping the bike!!!It’s not 100% perfect but close enough. The batteries are still fully charged since my very first use. That’s awesome.• The seat is comfortable, it’s easy to steer, my purse and puppy fit in the front tote for short rides around the pond or waterway and my camera fits in fine without the puppy.• Even on a weak day I can easily get it in and out of the car.•. I don’t keep the batteries in the bike but keep them in a small tote bag in the house. I can easily check to see if one needs charging and can charge it up before going out for a ride if I need to.I Definitely recommend this mobility scooter.

Throttle is touchy!

Scooter arrived a day earlier than expected. Packaged securely. Assembly is as quick and easy as it’s made to look like in the video. Due to neurological deficits, I have very limited use of my left arm/hand and was still able to remove all parts from the box by myself. (My husband is definitely enjoying it. But he needs to get off so I can practice with it.) The reviews stating the throttle is touchy aren’t kidding!! I’m going to come back with an additional review after I’ve had a chance to try it out. Watching my husband go from bedroom into the bathroom was an issue so I need to practice that.. Addendum: If this fit thru my bathroom door without such trouble, (angle is tricky) I’d definitely be keeping it. I’m going to try practicing without an audience before making my final decision. So far, I like it for most tasks for which it was purchased - except the bathroom. Which is kinda the most important task.

Really nice and people ask me about mine Everywhere I go

Got this for my Arthritic Knees and Love it - Took it on a cruise and anyone who who had to lift and move it loved it - Over all the best scooter for the Money I would give 5 stars but I think they could make it get even smaller to pack and batteries have a much lower realistic Range of about 3-4 miles a piece not 6-7

Maneuverable

I have had a hip issue which requires me to put no weight on one leg. Without this portable scooter I would be beached. Thus I am grateful for it and depend on it. If you need a scooter inside, this one has a small footprint. Going through some of my doorways is a challenge because I have to turn to go through another doorway immediately. This can make it through without hitting walls, but I only manage to do this 50% of the time. I’m sure some of you will be better drivers than am I. It’s comfortable enough. Inside it does not go 6 miles but a battery charge lasts for me about 2 days. I had a problem with the first one I bought in that the seat began to wobble, until the weld underneath broke completely. There is a post under the seat holding all your weight. It appears welded and screwed and inset. If your seat starts to wobble, turn the scooter over and check it. The company provided me a replacement part but it did not arrive for about 2 weeks. Amazon sent me a new scooter, no charge and much appreciated. However the front post to the handle wobbles. It’s firmly attached and I can use it, but I have asked the company if this is normal and I’m waiting for a response. It has been weeks and I don’t have a resolution yet.If you buy this, make sure you always lock the brake in place. It can require some hand strength but it can be adjusted. I doubt it weighs a mere 26 pounds. The rear section is rather heavy to lift. Maybe it’s just me, but my granddaughter who is strong and able says, it’s too difficult for her to lift. Some people lift with no problem. Taking it apart is a bit awkward. If you are mechanically inclined and kneel and can bend and lift or if you have someone to assist , this will be easy for you. I like products that are not complicated with too many electronics. This doesn’t have any. This is a good alternative to an electronic wheelchair. How long it will last, I don’t know. I’ve had it for a little over 4 months and use it every day. I have concerns about using it extensively out of doors. It seems to slip on wet ground. It doesn’t go over twigs easily. I doubt it would be good 0n dirt, but if you are on clear pavement and it’s not raining, you’d probably be okay. I use it regularly to get to the car, in parking lots and stores. The front basket is great advantage over a wheel chair for transporting.I’m not sorry I bought this but it could use some enhancements. I note there is a newer model. It would be good if there were someone mechanical in the house.
