I love that it is very adjustable and lightweight. That said the Company needs to address a couple of issues. First there should be a key. If you have to park it a bit from where you are sitting or have to leave it outside a door, there is no way to prevent someone especially a child from turning it on and taking off with it.Second, currently you can spend hours trying to find a second charger. It should not be this frustrating finding common necessary parts for it.You can buy extra batteries all day but try to find a replacement or extra charger. It is also unstable on even slight side inclines. If you are looking for an easy way to get around in buildings, such as shopping, movie theaters, libraries ect..it is a good option. Will update on it's durability.

It tends to tip over if you’re not on level ground

Works indoor on flat smooth surfaces. And that is it. Too expensive with small battery. Better option available. Very light and easy to fold and carry about.

This item was shipped as new but it clearly a return to the Mfg.

The tiniest bump will make this scooter tip over. I just had knee surgery and tipped over on to my braced leg. It was not fun. Keep scrolling if you are in anyway unstable

PROS: This scooter was a blessing since it has bee quite a wait for back surgery. It is so lightweight and portable that I thought I had hit a pot of gold when finding this scooter, BUT..CONS; After only 9 months of only 1 outing to shop or a dr. appt. per week useage, the charger and 1 battery bit the dust. I was never figuring $150.00 maintenance on such a short use item in such a short time of 9 months. I hope the manufacturer can see this review and remedy this scooter problem.

The scooter helps my husband who has MS to get around much more than he could by himself. Allows him to do more stuff and not be exhausted all the time. However after having this scooter for a year the parts that connects the seat started breaking. Fixed it with some metal glue but then another part broke. I wish they sell different parts individually incase something like this happens.

It needs some kind of safety wheels to prevent it from falling over. I fell off the first time I used it.

We haven’t used much but now there are issues with the steering column. Is there customer service to help?
Gayle Kelly
No locking key and wheels are made cheaply
