Mine no longer oscillates and it makes a weird noise whenever I turn it on. I am very confused and upset.

To many steps ,plus Artic is the wrong name. Nothing Artic or chilly about it. Nice try....2 stars for powerful fan.

The fan works fine. But when using the mister it leaks right away. Noticed my carpet soaked one morning. Next time turning it on noticed it leaking heavily. Not a great product.

This was not worth it. It’s being returned. All it did was produce humid moist heat in my sons room. Didn’t cool it down at all. It just made it so muggy. Yea we used the ice pack it came with.

The water tank doesn’t shut properly into the body of the tower fan. Also while operating there’s a lot of water leaking from the bottom of the fan.

The fan was delivered as estimated. It was pretty easy to set up…HOWEVER…it is NOT nearly worth the price for the amount of work you have to put in for a subpar cooling and BARELY that. You have to freeze the cooling pack before you can even use this glamorized cooling feature, so be prepared for the set up before a hot day. Then this mist that spits out is annoying, loud and not very cooling at all. The cooling pack doesn’t even lasts that long (I left mine in the freezer over 24 hours and filled the tank with cold water), that “coolness” lasted about two hours. On the highest settings, you’ll find yourself having to refill the water tank every 2-4 hours, not efficient nor that impressive for the level of cooling provided.Oh how I wish I had read reviews BEFORE purchasing. I’m going to see if I can send it back…...I would show a video, but I want to spare myself the setup and take down… oh yeah, when you’re done using it, you have to let it run to use up all the water….I was also nervous about mold/mildew so that’s a reason to purchase with caution too….not worth the electricity, water waste and carbon emissions.Overall, I do not recommend. IF it were $50 and under, absolutely, but for $80+ absolutely NOT.

I've purchased 3 of these. The first worked great until just after the return window closed, then the water/evaporative function stopped working. I purchased another bc it had been so helpful while it worked. The second had the same problem right out of thr box. The 3rd developed the same problem within a week. So, in my experience, it might work for you for about a month, otherwise it's just a basic fan and it's not worth the money
