I didn't buy a refurbished product. Any where in the description says it is used, refurbished or anything like that. I got the tablet in a different packaging than a new one, not in an original box. The tablet itself shows some minor scratches.

I really liked this tablet, UNTIL the battery dies after a few months. It was very inexpensive so I didn’t expect much, but still disappointed

I love the tablet, it works great but the charging cord and block are bad. And before you ask it is not the tablet. I tried the same cord and block on my other one and it did the same thing.

Very unhappy with this product. I use it only to read Kindle books, but when it has a high charge, it will randomly decide to not turn on.

I liked it fine, until it just died two months ago. Won't open, won't charge.

Purchased in July of 2022. Used daily. Was a great devise but then it just decided to not turn on anymore. No warning, glitching, etc. Frustrating!

It’s so slow . And has so many ads, you have to pay extra to get rid of them

I have used and loved kindles for years …. but this one doesn’t turn on every 3rd or 4th time of use, and have to plug into charger to restart.I put back to factory setting 3xs and it still does the same.Customer service sends the same link to fix and never calls back when asked for support. Or - the link says call connected but no call actually received.Kindle also won’t go to large print despite set to large print in settings.

I got two of these and both of them stopped working. After a while I could not get mine to charge and something went wrong with the power button on the other one. I was very disappointed because kindleb fires are usually creat devices.
