The media could not be loaded. Works. A bit noisy but it's something you can set and walk away. Overall we are happy with our purchase and choice of cleaning chemical (but wear gloves my hands were a little itchy after handling that's why I used the tweezers)

I bought this ultrasonic cleaner as a Christmas gift for my wife, who has beautiful, but often dirty jewelry. She works in design, and is often working in places where small particles of dust and dirt can get into her diamond rings / earrings, and other items she wears. When she uses the cleaner, it is amazing how much dirt is extracted from the jewelry, and is sat at the base of the bowl, as well as the shine on the diamonds and other jewels. A highly recommended product that not only is value for money, but works like a charm.
