Did not clean jewelry to my expectations

Absolutely junk. I returned product because it didn't work at all. Made some noise and that was about it.

It's Junk. Bought early for February birthday. Does not work. It just gets jewelry wet. Wish I could return it. It's awful!

I truly tried to love this. Tried a variety of items multiple times, but we just did not see the results others rave about. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this one.

I only had this cleaner for a little over a month and the back hinge is broken. The lide is no longer attached to the machine. The item broke on its own. Unfortunately I am 2 weeks pass the return window so I cant get a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought this because I have a lot of intricate Sterling silver earrings that are difficult to clean with just a polishing/tarnish removing cloth. I tried all the settings with plain water and then purchased the cleaning solution to add to the water. There was absolutely zero difference in the before and after. Very disappointing that I missed the return window by a day. Not recommended.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought this couple months ago and After 2 uses it broke out of nowhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY for something else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
